History

CapeNatura is the second generation of ICC, which was established in 1969 to manufacture hand knotted and hand tufted carpets to distributors and retailers suitable for the international market. In 1990, ICC expanded its product portfolio by building a custom rug manufacturing capability. It further expanded its product range to include handloom carpet manufacturing for making both broadloom carpeting and rugs. CarpeNatura has its production in ICC, but is focused on the high end of the sector, working with the top range of quality and design.

Today

CarpeNatura inherits the capabilities of ICC's, which has regular customers across North America, Europe and Australia. with installations of custom rugs in hotels, embassies and palaces across Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and most countries across Europe and North America

Systems

CarpeNatura has an order processing system that records and tracks each order from initial request to delivery. Each carpet has its status updated weekly on the cloud for clear & immediate monitoring.
